Aufgrund der Pandemie fällt die diesjährige Polartagung aus, die vom 6.-10. September 2020 in Köln geplant war, da aufgrund der notwendigen social distancing rules jegliche Präsenz-Veranstaltungen an der Universität Köln bis zum 30. September absagt sind.
Diese Absage betrifft leider auch das Berichtskolloquium des SPP, das daher auf nächstes Jahr verschoben wird. Zur Zeit sind, unter Vorbehalt, Termine im März oder September 2021 im Gespräch.
Um trotzdem die nächste Antragsrunde im SPP zu gewährleisten, ist das Koordinationsteam dabei, ein alternatives Konzept zu entwickeln, damit der Koordinationsworkshop in diesem September zumindestens virtuell stattfinden kann.

Due to the pandemic, this years' Polartagung, which was planned for 6th - 10th of September 2020 in Cologne, has been cancelled - because of the necessary social distancing rules, the University of Cologne has stopped all in person meetings until the 30th September 2020.
Unfortunately, this means that the report colloquium of the SPP has been cancelled, too, and will be postponed, tentatively to March or September 2021.
However, to ensure that applications will be still possible for the next round of SPP funding, we are in the process of developing an alternative concept, so that the coordination workshop can go ahead in September this year, even if it will be virtual.
