The Umweltbundesamt (UBA) is supporting the Arbeitskreis Polarlehrer with a new project (Cool Classes in Antarctica - CIA). The duration is 1 year. The aim is to translate current research questions, methods and results of Antarctic research into material suitable for pupils and then upload it free of charge for downloading on the DGP website. We are therefore looking for scientists from Antarctic research who would like to bring their work to schools. As the project has already started, it would be great to find interested people as soon as possible. The deadline is 15.06.2024, but we are of course also happy to receive entries after this date.
